One of the most popular board categories on Pinterest is Home. So leverage that by creating and curating pin boards that cover Home Decor, interior design, dream kitchens, dream bathrooms, etc. Make pin boards that display various neighborhoods in the area or interesting architecture. Sure you can have boards for real estate listings and articles too, but be sure to balance that out with boards full of eye-catching images related to homes, decor and the like as those are the ones likely to be "re-pinned" (which can be pretty viral)
For building that ever important referral traffic back to the website and blog, it is also important to have good eye-catching images from those postings to pin from. Take the best listing photos to pin, or images from your blog article that you can enhance with some text (using something like PicMonkey). The better the images look, the more likely that they'll be re-pinned Be sure to put in a good description using good keywords that people will be likely to search for.
