I’m new to this Virtual Assistant thing. What is a VA and a REVA exactly?
A Virtual Assistant (VA) is business owner and online professional who provides assistant services to business and entrepreneurs. Those services can include anything from traditional administrative or executive assistance, to more specialized services such as web design, internet marketing, social media marketing and more. VAs work in their own off-site location and handle the services for their clients via internet, email, telephone, etc. Because of the virtual aspect of their business, they can work with clients in most any location in the world.
A Real Estate Virtual Assistant (or REVA) is a virtual professional who specializes in providing these services to real estate professionals. Successful REVAs have the skill set and aptitude in real estate to be able to handle the special needs of Realtors.
Does REVA Academy have a physical location they teach their courses from?
REVA Academy does not teach from any physical location. We teach all of our courses virtually through telesemeniars or webinars. Much like how the Virtual Assistants can work with any clients from most any location, offering our courses virtually gives access to anyone anywhere who wants it. You can take your courses all in the comfort of your own space.
What equipment is needed to take REVA Academy Courses?
The things you need in order to access any REVA Academy Training courses or products consist of the following:
- Telephone – for listening in to the live training teleseminars
- A Good Internet Connection – To download class materials, watch the live slides on screencast, download recordings of classes, accessing our private Facebook Group (for the Boot Camp), and for downloading any of our other products.
It is also recommended that you have a version of Adobe Acrobat on your computer to access any pdf materials.
What happens if I have to miss or can’t attend the training calls live when they happen? Will they be recorded?
We understand that some may not be able to attend the live calls of our Boot Camp training programs or other live calls. So as part of the benefits to our training programs is that we will record all of our training calls and give our students online access to them once they are done. So if interested in signing up for the training, but you are have job or conflict that prevents you from attending a call live, never fear! We are recording them so you can access anything you missed or re-listen to them any time you want.
Will I get some kind of Logo or badge once I complete the Real Estate Virtual Assistant Boot Camp?
Once our students complete our Boot Camp, they will have access to a little quiz to test their knowledge and once passed, our students will get a “REVA Academy Trained” badge to put on your website and marketing materials. Those students will also receive a basic listing on our Recommended REVAs directory.
Do you have any Free events?
We will have regular free events for our REVA Academy friends and fans and those interested in REVA Academy. Once monthly, we will be having our “Coffee with the REVAs” chats that will be an informal chat session for us to network answer general questions and more. Check the Calendar page to see when those and future events are occuring.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer any refunds for any reason once program or product has been delivered or access to any class materials have been opened up to the purchaser. No exceptions.
